Angham Beirut Background
Angham Beirut is first dining destination in Amwaj Island serving shisha, and had gained a great reputation regionally and locally. The family owned Angham Beirut Restaurant offers Lebanese and International cuisine with a wide choice of breakfasts, dinners and cocktails.
Angham Beirut tasked Trime to create a brand mark and prepare a Marketing Launch Campaign Plan. The brand’s role was to represent a middle range restaurant offering good quality food within the average price. The brand was targeting middle class people. TRIME Media was also challenged to develop a Communication Plan that will successfully attract the target audience since the restaurant location is highly competitive. The additional task was to communicate the new brand utilizing the restaurant collaterals and Menu.
TRIME created and designed a recognizable Brand Mark for Angham Beirut, that gained great value in the Restaurant Industry. The brand was rolled out on collaterals such as uniforms, letterhead, table placemats, signboards and many more. Along with the Brand, after the research the Marketing Campaign Plan was developed. The plan included a strategy of how to best promote the restaurant’s advantages. The Menu was used as the main collateral to communicate the brand. TRIME focused on professional images displaying delicious food and encouraging the customers to order. The production of the Menu was uniquely customized for durability, flexibility to update and maintain.
