Kavalani & Sons Background

Kavalani & Sons is a firm based in the Kingdom of Bahrain that provides Industrial, Construction & Marine supplies with a portfolio of more than 30,000 products of leading brands from across the globe. Since the 1850s, Kavalani & Sons has adapted to the growing demands of Bahrain’s business community. The transition began from pearls, textiles, teas to industrial, construction, oil, gas and marine products. In March 2013 Kavalani & Sons opened the doors to industrial facilities that is set to take equipment and supplies sales to a whole new level. The 150-year old family enterprise had made an investment of $12 million in setting up the new facility.

 

Challenge

TRIME Media was challenged to expose the new Kavalani facilities to Bahraini market and increase the customer recognition and awareness about the company products and services. The task was to attract VIP guests including Government officials, Heads of the biggest industrial companies of Bahrain and Directors of the supplying brands to a far fetched area in Salman Industrial city. The other challenge was to create an appeal and interest about the event in order to ensure patronage of a Guest of Honor and confirm coverage from most of the Arabic, Indian and English Media in Bahrain.

 

Execution

TRIME created and designed a recognizable Event Theme and managed the Launch Event of the new Facilities of Kavalani & Sons. The TRIME Team conducted a strong market research to build an Event Theme rolled out on memorable Event Collaterals and that supported creating an attractive Event environment. TRIME planned strategically to divide the Launch Event into 3 parts in order to ensure presence and comfort of all invitees. TRIME Media paid strong attention to build relationships for Kavalani with Media and VIP guests for better market recognition. The press conference, the ribbon cutting ceremony and the “Open House” were arranged for the guests and Media to get a better understanding about the business, its background and future development plans.
