Riffa Views Project Background
Offering a luxurious lifestyle, Riffa Views is a magnificent residential development, with three unique residential estates; The Oasis, The Lagoons and The Park. Each of them individually themed and includes multiple facilities within wide open spaces. The $1 billion development includes several modern amenities that are set to enhance living standards, these includes a golf academy, a country club with a tennis facility, a shopping mall, a hotel, an international school and leisure facilities, all surrounded by pleasant walkways and spacious parklands. There are few precious places that stand apart as an idyllic areas to live, no one doubts that Riffa Views is one of them.
Taking into consideration the fact that Riffa Views was a new development that needs to be introduced to the public. Owners and investors who had already invested and bought houses within the project wanted to explore more information and details about the real estate development. Arcapita Bank-the developer- commissioned Trime Media to create and devise a way of communication to convey the project’s continuos progress.
TRIME’s team developed a video series to communicate the project progress in an interesting and enjoyable way. The video was broadcasted in many channels as a great real estate project using Podcast, Online Video Streaming, etc. Trime was able to create a content of 6 videos- 1 per month, by adding and highlighting the peaceful and pleasant lifestyle aspects that are to be imagined and symbolized for the real estate project, in addition to increasing credibility by bringing real life events, interviews with management and future home owners as well as interaction with the local community; all those were included in each episode of Riffa Views TV series and Corporate Video.
