The Crepe Cafe Background

The Crepe Cafe is an international brand currently located in 12 countries throughout Australasia, the Middle East and North Africa. Since 2006 two branches of the Crepe Cafe has been successfully established in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Crepe Cafe approached Trime to support their growth and expansion plans.



The Crepe Cafe Bahrain desired to franchise their business to other GCC countries and internationally. This idea requires to prepare marketing tools that will sell the franchise and support development of the new branches.


The Trime Media team conducted a research about international franchisers and their marketing strategies. We developed a Video that promotes the Cafe and provides key information and selling points about the business and the possibilities of franchising. The video was created as a tool that provides enough information to attract potential franchisees. The marketing strategy and the communication plan were created to ensure that all communication and language style is unified for all future Cafes to be opened. Additionally, the brand guidelinewas developed for long term brand maintenance. Designs for the menu, collaterals and advertising material were refreshed to meet up-to-date and international standards.
